My name is Melinda. I am a 24 25 26 year old Midwesterner, an aspiring novelist, and a full-time freelance writer and blogger. I have been journalling since my early teens, and blogging since 2005. I have a bachelor’s degree in education and used to teach English, History, and Mathematics to a group of students in grades 7-12. I love to travel, have visited five different continents, and lived in West Africa for seven months after college. I love history and genealogy. I love animals. I love designing websites and computers in general. I read a lot of news and like to know about current events. I enjoy reviewing products on this site and sharing the things I learn.
