Weight loss is such a tricky issue.  It really doesn’t happen overnight, and it’s hard work.  In my own quest, I’ve learned more and more to pay attention to my body and only eat when I’m hungry.  I’ve also read that certain smells can act as a strong appetite suppressant, though I haven’t tried that yet.

I also really think that, now that I am subbing less, I need to get back into the pool.  That would help a lot.  I just don’t have a lot of drive for that right now, though.  Too much stress and too many other things going on in my life!
