This morning I subbed in high school (sociology and geography) and this afternoon in middle school (science). Overall not a bad day… The morning was quiet and passed quickly. As soon as I was done there, I skedaddled out so that I could get lunch (McDonalds, I know it is boring but it was also a right-turn-in, right-turn-out) and then get to the middle school for the afternoon. Middle school was mostly good… I had 4 science classes, two of which were delightful and two of which were frightening. 
Given that I am a sub, that makes for a decent day!
This afternoon, I spent a long time on the internet looking up math lessons for the class I am going to teach tomorrow. I’ll be doing high school algebra, which is not a challenge for me. However, I will be teaching a group of kids who are very far behind, so THAT should be challenging.
Believe it or not, I have many more things to write on this site, but I just don’t have time anymore. I want to get a whole bunch of cleaning done ASAP, plus of course there’s teaching, plus maintaining and writing on this site. Such a life I lead!
