I use an all natural lemongrass and citrus exfoliater (it's like a rinse). I use their mineral powder 90% off the time that I actually wear makeup and it does pretty well. It seemed to get worse as I got older and eventually had to go to the doctors to get meds prescribed for it, but like you I was lazy and didn't keep up with it for very long. I'm on the Pill too so that helps alot with my acne problems, and I started using a cream cleanser by Neutrogena about a month ago and it works really well.
