Dude… I have learned SO MUCH about internet languages since I first began blogging. First I learned HTML, which I never imagined I would want or need to learn. Then I mastered CSS, which I never imagined I would be smart enough to learn. Then I learned a few different scripting languages. But now I’m in an unusual place.
Since I switched to WordPress almost a year ago, I’ve had to re-learn this new platform. In itself that hasn’t been too difficult. I like WordPress a lot – it’s so much more flexible than anything else I’ve ever used.
However, I have reached the point now where I want to design my own new theme. Problem… WordPress uses PHP, which I’ve never worked with before. I’m just plain lazy today… I really don’t want to make the effort to learn this new language and script my theme. Yawn…
